Daniel Rosenberg
Principal
Daniel is a co-founder of Excelsior Investors LLC. He is a fourth generation real estate executive with nearly 20 years in the industry. His work has largely focused on the commercial and industrial markets. Previously, he was a corporate and political strategic consultant. He focuses on business, political and regulatory strategy as well as building design and construction. He has a Master In Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an A.B. from Brown University.
Gideon Etra
Principal
Gideon is a co-founder of Excelsior Investors LLC. He sources development opportunities, manages investor relations, identifies tenants for projects, and oversees entitlement processes. Besides investing successfully in industrial properties, he also has experience optimizing the energy performance of existing buildings. He serves as a board member of UJA-Federation of New York’s Real Estate Council. Mr. Etra is a graduate of Yale University.
